Google nest fan speeds.

Hi,

Wondering how I can make the furnace fan stay on the higher speed all the time rather than only when the furnace or AC is running. There is no speed setting in the menu on the thermostat. Do we need a different thermostat?

Some furnaces can do so by turning the fan off and on within 1-3 seconds to increase speed. The Carrier can do 5 speeds by toggling fan on and off manually. The 6th toggle will go back to the lowest speed.
