Your current system will only work with the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.

Try this.

Balck - E to * (set as Emergency heat)

White - Aux to W2 (set as Aux heat)

Yellow - Y to Y1

Green - G to G

Orange - O to OB

Red - R to Rc

Blue - C to C
