Nest e - cannot access settings

Screen displays heat. Is not connected to internet. When system button is pushed nothing happens. The display goes back to heat display. All instructions I have found tell me to access system.

As mentioned in the subject line, the model is Nest thermostat E.

The article actually didn’t help very much, but thanks for responding.

Since posting this message we have purchased a newer Nest model that is working fine.

As I said before, I no longer use the Nest thermostat because it no longer worked.. feel free to lock this thread.
