Hi,

Looks like it to me. You'll need to confirm the separate wire labeled "C" is actually connected to the "C" terminal at the other end (HVAC system). Reason being, you'll want to utilize it for constant power to the nest 'stat. Otherwise, you will be relying on the nest 'stat internal battery that would need to be periodically re-charged; a bit of a hassle that others have complained about. Also, the orange wire on the "O" terminal. It suggests to me that you have a heat pump?

Hi there,

Chiming in — based on the wires you have, it is compatible with any Nest Thermostats. You can follow the guide below on how to wire your thermostat.

For Nest Learning Thermostat:

C - Blue
OB - Orange
G - Green
Y1 - Yellow
W1 - White
RC - Red

For Nest Thermostat E:

C - Blue
*OB - Orange
G - Green
Y1 - Yellow
W1 - White
R - Red

For Nest Thermostat 2020

C - Blue
*OB - Orange
G - Green
Y - Yellow
W - White
R - Red
