I have 2 completely separate systems foe my home. 1st one downstairs running perfect. 2nd one upstairs will only heat... even on ac setting with temp down to 65. Tried turning on heat, and heat comes out. HELP!&amp;nbsp; This is a forced air system. Air handlers are inside. White wire in pics is on W2 on old thermostat... just an fyi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Re-wire it using the bottom labels on the original thermostat. You'll need to reset factory defaults and then set it up again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
