just purchased a nest thermostat. My present thermostat is 24V. The red wire comes in and connects to RH terminal and has a "staple jumper" to the RC terminal. A white wire to the W terminal and a green wire to the R terminal. A blue wire comes in but does not connect. Going through the connect mode I got a notice of not compatible to nest. Can someone tell me why.
