Nest Learning - no Usage - Not cooling

My nest was working fine, now its showing not cooling and "no usage" in history. I came home to a house set on ECO between 68-72 and it was 83 one day and 93 another. Help

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you notice some messages or code on your thermostat screen? Did your utility company install a box on your HVAC system that turns the system off during high demand (peak) times to save energy?
