Hi there

Is it possible to get better and more thermostat history? My friend has a different system (Tado I think) and he has graphs showing the internal temperature, external temperature and when the heating ran. He also seems to have a lot more than 10 days worth of data. The summary shown for each of the last 10 days on the Nest App and/or device is really limited in comparison and doesn’t help me with my energy use decisions.

You can try downloading your thermostat's information here in Google Takeout. Please make sure to sign in with the same email address associated with it and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
