Switching from Honeywell thermostat to Nest Thermostat

I want to switch from a honeywell thermostat to nest but on nest it says it only cannot work with 120 or 240 systems. First of all what is the max allowable for nest and second how do know what im running on

to give you insight on the honeywell panel following was observed

rc red

rc/r have a jumper

white is o/b

y is black

g is green

c is orange
