Hi Denjos,

Thanks for reaching out — I'd love to help. The hold temperature feature is not available for the Nest Thermostat E. You can use the Lock option on your thermostat so it can only be adjusted within a certain temperature range, or to prevent unauthorized people from changing your settings on your thermostat.
