    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hope this is read by someone who can help me out of a jam.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 year old Carrier system, Nest 3rd Gen thermostat.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The AC side is perfect, zero issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My problem is the heater.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set the heater to come on and it operates fine, for about 10-12 minutes and then it shuts off.&amp;nbsp; I then see the error code on my Iphone app. "Power Out&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; E-73&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No power to Rc Wire.&amp;nbsp; I've had the same nest thermostate since the home was built 2018 and it has not been touched.&amp;nbsp; Battery is fully charged.&amp;nbsp; I have a power switch beside the Air Handler.&amp;nbsp; After the unit shuts itself off: If I turn it off for say 45 seconds, &amp;amp; then power it back on, it works great, but then once again it shuts down after to 10-12 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no water in the pan, so the float switch is not an issue.&amp;nbsp; I have a maint company come out twice a year to service the unit.&amp;nbsp; I had a local AC company come out, they replaced the gas valve and some other switch, but there is still no improvement at all.&amp;nbsp; They temporarily removed the AC filter for a couple of min in the event that it was not getting enough air, but that is not the issue either.&amp;nbsp; None of the duct work has collapsed either.&amp;nbsp; They have thrown in the towel on this and don't know what this fix is.&amp;nbsp; Meanwile I am out several hundreds of dollars.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone can help, or if you own an AC company in Land O Lakes, just a bit North of Tampa please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a current Carrier warranty on this, but I'm tired of paying for labor to replace items that are not bad and don't fix the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill Cave&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your system may not provide enough power or any power to either the thermostat or a specific wire (so the thermostat can’t complete a circuit and shows a wiring report). Could you please share with us a picture of your thermostat's wiring? Also, please check the power readings on your actual thermostat's Technical info option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll look forward to your response.&lt;/P&gt;
