No longer earnings leaf; electricity bill going up

I always earn around 20+ leaves a month. However In Jan and Feb I am down to ZERO and my bill is reflecting that. It's not THAT cold out and I find it hard to beleive that my two year old HVAC system is working that inefficiently.

Are there some nest settings I can update today? I finaggles with them a while back and think I missed something up. I thought I switched them back but I guess not? Please advise!!

Hi Nitraa,

Thanks for reaching out — I'm sorry for the delay. Your thermostat changes the criteria for earning a Leaf based on what it has learned, this is to encourage you to save more over time. For example, if you set your thermostat to heat your home to 69°F/20.5°C you might see a Leaf the first few times. But eventually, you may need to set the temperature to 67°F/19.5°C to earn a Leaf.
