If my thermostat is on 70 and I turn it to 73 why does it say that it will take an hour and a half to reach only 3 degrees

Thanks for reaching out. The Time-to-Temperature provides an estimate of how long it will take for your HVAC system to reach the desired temperature and it is dependent on multiple factors. Most smart thermostats help homeowners get a longer life out of their HVAC systems, maximize efficiency, lowering energy usage and utility bills at the same time. Did you verify that your HVAC is running the entire 1.5 hours? Sometimes it shows that information but it does not run as long as what's displayed.
