Temp problem

My lowest temperature setting is 65 degrees. When I woke up this morning it was 61. When I got home just now it was 63.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? When was the thermostat installed? When did the issue start? Also, what country are you located in?
