Nest thermostats

I have three Nest Thermostats. Two of the three are losing power. They will not charge or pick up wifi. I called hotline wifi is connecting to everything else in my home. I charged each unit and both only temporarily stays charged on the unit then dies quickly. I cannot set up with ap or wifi and have no A/C in south Florida. Purchase in August 2023 from Amazon all three units. Please help.

You did not mention it you had a COMMON wire attached to C terminal on the Nest backplate.
