No, your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.

Wire it like this

Blue - C to C

Red - R to Rc

Orange - O to OB

White - W2 to W2 (set as AUX heat)

Green - G to G

White - E to * (set and emergency heat)

Yellow - Y1 to Y1
