1 Nest thermostat of 3 does not activate heating

I have 3 Nest thermostats. All 3 look functioning and connect to app. 2 work fine as does hot water. 1 thermostat just does not activate boiler. I have restarted the affected thermostat and heatlink. Any ideas?

Hi there! Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about this, but no worries I'll be more than happy to assist. Could you please let me know what colour is the LED light on the Heat Link that does not fire up the boiler?
