How to stop a fan ahead of schedule?

Does anybody know how to stop the fan on a 2020 Nest thermostat when running on a schedule without canceling or changing the schedule? I’m running the fan every night from midnight to 8 AM. But there are times when I get up earlier and I would like to stop the fan without changing the schedule. When calling tech-support, a senior advisor suggested to unplug the thermostat off the wall. Still hoping there might be a less radical solution 🙂

Yeah I don’t like the fan control. I actually need to run the fan 24 seven

I have a regular thermostat that’ll do it but Nest is so smarty only goes 12 hours at a time so you don’t forget but I don’t wanna forget I want to leave it on 24/7 a while.

I understand that running the fan continuously would help reach the target temperature fast, and there are times when disabling it could help your system cool down and lessen the energy cost.
