      <description>&lt;P&gt;the thermostat gives me an entry code however the code contains a dash and on the app there is no option for dash under entry code it only has letters and numbers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wondering if i should buy a different brand thermostat ahd throw this thing into garbage it seems that,sall it is since google has disconnected all support options perhaps legal action is required&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;allready done that also used the mic to input the code via voice still nothing. incidentaly it is not a dash it is hyphen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i allready have done that many times unfortunately it does not seem to work i was able to do it with the first thermostat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and after several days with the second one but the third one does not want to accept neither the entry code nor the code scan even though i hwve reset the thermostat to factory settings .the only difference is the thermostat displays the same code always while the 2nd one i was receiving different code from nest every time i tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
