Got up this morning and found one thermostat disconnected from WiFi and does not see it in setup. Followed troubleshooting instructions but no joy. Please send a replacement.

not sure what form to fill out but the replacement stat is in and the defective one was fedex’d yesterday. Thanks for your time!
