hi ive recently tried to connect thermostat e to google home after a router change and it said in nest to do a reset

I did this and get to point of setting up heat link but cant get the blue light to stay on.

ive bn on this for hours now ..

please help ive no heating and don,t really want to rip it out

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered difficulties while pairing your thermostat, but I'll be more than happy to help out. Please press on the Heat Link once to wake it up, press the second time and keep it pressed until you see a solid yellow light. After a few seconds the yellow light should turn in a pulsing blue light. If the pulsing blue light disappears again, do not worry the Heat Link is still in pairing mode. Let me know how it goes.

No its still not sorted i got the engineer out via the app but he said was wrong thermostat and couldnt replace heatlink even he couldnt do it...still no heating i think ill just have to rip it out eesh ..then theres cost or wiring old thermostat back in which i cant afford..
