Heat link has stopped firing up my boiler

My nest thermostat seems to have stopped firing my boiler up.

I have changed the batteries, tried restarting, deleted and reinstalled / re-connected to my thermostat, turning the heat link to manual....

All looks ok, and looks like its working but my boiler is not firing up.

I boiler is giving me hot water so I am not sure where the break is.

When increasing the nest heating temperature, it displays as heating, but doesn't fire the boiler at all.
