the cooling icon will not display on the Nest Thermostat. Only heat shows up What do I do?

Touch and hold your device's tile.

You thermostat must be set to Heat, Cool, or Heat • Cool. mode to use the preset. To change the mode, tap. Temperature mode and select the one you want.

Tap Temperature preset , then select Eco.

@Mistysdad, the cooling wire might not be properly connected. Please make sure that the wire is inserted into the Y/Y1 terminal and the tab is pushed down. Once inspected, restart your thermostat to refresh.
