2019 nest and trying to connect with new wifi, router, modem

Have done everything suggested on these posts and no luck. Had the new wifi installer try and he could not. Could this be too old for a factory reset

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Does your thermostat detect other nearby networks? What messages or code do you see on your thermostat screen?
