can anyone tell me if the nest is compatible with these wires. Any chance you know the configuration ?? Thanks in advance

That setup is compatible with any of the Nest Thermostat models. You would connect the wires as follows.

Connect Y to Y1 in Nest Thermostat.
Connect W to W1.
Connect C to C.
Connect R to RH.
