Problème de connexion heat link au thermostat

Bonjour à tous, j'ai un souci de connexion entre le heat link et le thermostat 3 ème génération. Tout a bien fonctionné et du jour au lendemain plus de connexion avec le heat link . Ce dernier reste en boucle sur le voyant bleu qui cherche la connexion. J'ai tout essayé de ce que j'ai lu ici , de l'aide avec un technicien Google. Mais rien n'y fait. Quelqu'un peut m'aider s'il vous plaît.

C'est bon j'ai trouvé l'erreur. Je ne comprends pas comment un technicien Google n'a pas pu y penser. Bref c'est bon j'ai retrouvé mon thermostat. Bon courage à tous
