How do I view historic sensor data?

I know I can download takeout data for Nest Thermostats but the excel sheets only show an "AVG Temp" column. I have three sensors in my house. Is there a way to see the recorded temp for historic dates/hours of all three sensors? I'm trying to compare the temps in my home in various rooms at the same time.

I did find a helpful article about downloading your Google data, and it appears that you can try submitting a Data Access Request Form for your specific inquiry.
