Cooking runs all night

Hey there I’m having issues with the cooling systems.

I’ll turn on the cooling and it will state that it will take 2 hours to cool - I’ll wait the 2 hours and it will continue to say another 2 hours… it’s 13C outside and i set it to 16C.

I increased the temp to 20C (as that’s what it stated the temp inside currently was) to see if it would turn off and it looks like it’s still running and says “cooling”.

when I pull the face of the nest off the base it continues to run also.

I don’t have this issue with heating as it shuts off when the temp is reached.

help please !

Title should be “Cooling runs all night” lol not “Cooking runs all night”…

Additional info - when I turn the systems off it does turn off about a min or so after. Here is a photo of the “cooling” mode in the app.

Try moving red wire to Rc.
