I just tried to connect my Nest and it shows it is not compatible with this device as I have an extra wide than this model allows for. Does anyone know which nest IS compatible? Picture for reference.

Please send us a photo of how you wired your thermostat wires to the Nest Thermostat base. I'll look forward to your response.

I uninstalled it bc I had an extra wire and it says I need a different Nest Model. I have all the wires shown in the picture, so you know how I can find out which Nest thermostat I need?

Hi there,

Thanks for following up. Upon checking your control panel's labels, I found that your system is compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation since you have a separate wire for emergency heat and heat pump, whereas other Nest Thermostats cater to both.
