Cooling issue

Here is a pic of our setup before and after. I’m not sure what we are doing wrong but we can’t get our house to cool down. We have the cooling set to 70 degrees and the house won’t go below 88. Please help! Thanks

Your Nest Thermostat is probably bad. Just had a technician come out for the same issue. Nest Thermostats are very unreliable and this issue happens often. My Nest was out of warranty unfortunately, even though it wasn’t even 2 years old and I ended up replacing mine with a whole diff brand. Very unfortunate.

It looks like you have it wired wrong.

Move the orange wire from the W1 terminal to the OB terminal and reconfigure the thermostat.
