Nest Thermostat Error Code 298

I installed the Nest Thermostat and I get an error code 298 no power. I reinstalled my old thermostat and everything works fine. My wiring is as follows, C,W,Y,G,R. The R connects to RH and RC with a jumper. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I need to do?
