Heat will not turn on

Everything worked fine yesterday. Nest says an update was installed last night and now I cannot cycle heat or cool. Checked furnace and it is working fine. No matter what temp I put in the nest thermostat it will not turn heat or cool on.

I'm having the same issue, although it looks like my last update was back in October. Fan runs, but no hot air when calling for heat or cold air when calling for cooling. Everything functioned correctly until this afternoon.
