I have come across this in the past, and the other option is a factory reset. Sometimes for some odd reason the relay gets stuck. Try a factory reset, you may get lucky.

Hi, I had a new boiler, heat link and Nest thermostat installed in August. Everything worked fine but now the heat link and thermostat are connected but the boiler is not coming on. You hear the click but that’s it. Any ideas?

Just to start with, have you tried pressing the button on the Heat Link to see if the boiler comes on?

Any lights on the Heat Link when you press the button, if so how many?

Yes, it’s works on manual and 3 lights show. I’ve tried the reset by holding the button for 20 seconds too.
