Thermostat is offline and will not reconnect to the wifi.

3 days ago my device went offline and will not reconnect.

I have reset the device and my wifi but neither has worked. I have also retyped the network and password but this has not worked either.

Has anyone any suggestions please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat back to your Wi-Fi network, and I appreciate all the steps you've taken. Let's sort this out.

Please give these steps a try:

Go to your thermostat's reset settings and select Account Connection to confirm.
Once done. Go to the network settings.
1. Check for any message codes or reports.
Enable your phone's mobile or cellular hotspot and see if your thermostat detects it.
