Nest thermostat is LOCKED asking for a PIN which I do NOT have.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I can not get to settings on the thermostat... IT IS LOCKED.

I HAVE SPENT 2 DAYS WITHOUT HEAT AND ON HOLD WITH TECH SUPPORT FOR OVER 2 HOURS JUST TODAY

You do not need the pin to unlock the nest thermostat when you use your Nest app. Open your Nest app, tap your thermostat, then tap the settings in the upper right hand corner. Scroll down and tap unlock..
