&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting here in Community forum. I'm glad to say that your thermostat wires are compatible to our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation. In this case, your wiring to the Nest&amp;nbsp;Learning Thermostat 3rd generation's base should be like this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
