You have seen my photo, How do I wire my nest, I know I remove jumper wires then where do other wires go on nest.

Just match the letters
current position -> nest E
COLOR (LABEL) => (label on the nest)
RED (R)=> R
BLUE (Y) => Y1
WHITE (W) => W1
GREEN (G) => G

NOTE: in your setup the blue wire is used to pilot the compressor (AC) instead of yellow, so connect it as if it is yellow
