The last 2 days are showing ‘No Usage’ is there a fault or do I have to reset something?? My heating and remote from my phone still work normally, just no display of how and when it was on!

I have same problem in the history for the last two days is no usage but I m sure should be because the heating was on

On iPhone just close the Nest screen (not log out) reopen and it refreshes the info

Our team is aware, and a fix has been rolled out. Your thermostat history should now show up in the Nest app. Please let us know how it goes and if you need more help.

You said a fix was rolled out. I still don't.t see app update. Last update was December 2022

You don't need to update the APP, the data should now be showing.
