Temperature stuck

I manage the temp for an elderly relative remotely. Thermostat is set to 22 but the app tells me that the room temp is 16 and it hasn't changed for 6 days? The data tells me that the boiler has been heating for 24 hrs each day 🤷🏼‍♂️

You need to call a repair technician to take a look at your boiler and your boiler valves. It sounds like what’s going on is that one of the valve is not opening to let the water go to the heating units in the rooms.

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking but I’m not at the property to check. I will call out an engineer to check.
