I am and HVAC contractor in Salt lake City I have a client that needs a 6 digit Pro ID to access certain things in this device. Mainly we need to control a humidifier that also has the ability to turn on the fan only on the thermostat. This function is available in this device we just need this 6 digit Pro ID. Please help

Try contacting support via https://nest.google.com/pro/support . They'd be helpful for NestPro questions and issues.

Edit: I also have this info that may help your customer:

Customers can also view your information on their phone, tablet, or computer with the Nest app. When customers are logged in, they can follow these steps to view your information:

Tap or click on the menu icon in the upper left corner.
Select the home that you are servicing.
Select Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Select Contacts.
Select Nest Pro Installer.
Your contact information will appear. The customer can tap on your phone number or email address to easily get in touch.
