      <title>How do I resolve a warranty return issue?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a nest thermostat under warranty.       <description>&lt;P&gt;They already issued the RMA and sent the advance replacement.&amp;nbsp; I returned it using the prepaid label they sent me.&amp;nbsp; The image I included in my original post shows it was returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like an employee to reply with direct (email or phone) contact information so I can get them to stop sending email stating that I need to return it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
