You can create a Nest family and a Google Household.

If you use the Google Home app check THIS link. --> Google is moving this direction.

Don't use Google Home if you want to control hot water production, it's not supported (and no info from google about this!).

If your boiler has hot water production, stick to Nest app and Nest family!
