Hello,

I've a Fuji AC with three wires CN1, it seams to be not compatible with Thermostats.

Is it compatible or is there some sort of converter or dongle that could be used. here are pics

No, your current system is incompatible with any Nest thermostats, and I have no idea if Fuji offers an adapter.

@Alowa, in addition to what was mentioned above, your system is proprietary if you discover wires in your thermostat's connector with unusual designations, such as 1, 2, 3, or A, B, or C. Google Nest thermostats are incompatible with proprietary systems. However, a skilled installation can rewire certain proprietary systems to make them interoperable.

Unfortunately, with the expertise around my place no one seems to know how to rewire the Fuji proprietary systems. I'll share the wiring label and the main board photos.
