Thanks for posting here in the Community forum. Yes, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat. It should be wired as this:

The orange wire that is connected to the U1 terminal of your current thermostat is either your humidifier/dehumidifier wire. Therefore, you should trace it first to your furnace control board to be sure before hooking it up to the Nest Learning Thermostat base.

Also, in some cases, you’ll need professional installation for your Nest Thermostat. Choosing the wrong options for a humidifier or dehumidifier can result in system damage, so it’s important for a trained professional to assess the requirements for your system.
