Nest thermostate E battery

I have recetly experienced low battery on my nest thermostate. I googled and youtube a few solutions for this issue but I'm still experiencing a low battery. I used a usb cord to charge the nest thermostate and it doesnt seem to fully charge

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation.

A few questions: Is the cable you used to charge the Nest Thermostat E a micro-USB cable for charging? Have you checked if that cable works with other devices? For how long did the Nest Thermostat E last after charging it? Also, can you help me with your Nest Thermostat E's power reading?

To open the Quick View menu, press the thermostat’s ring.
Choose Settings.
Turn the ring to highlight Technical Info then press the ring to select it.
Select Power.
- Battery
- VOC
- VIN
- IIN
