Wiring second generation nest learning thermostat

I have used 4 wire red, green, yellow and white, all wires connected to the wiring block. On the original thermostat there was a blue wire as common, did not use. Appears no power is going to thermostat, but power is at wiring block. This is a learning thermostat 2nd generation

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Could you please go to your Nest Thermostat Settings then look for Technical Info and check for power readouts? Also, check for specific messages or codes in the Nest app or in the actual thermostat.
