Thanks DaveLister, I did and it was inconclusive and it said to post here to have a Google Nest Expert view the photo.

@JD6789, I appreciate you sharing your thermostat's wiring. To confirm, are there wires connected on the G2 and G3 terminals? If so, I'd suggest to contact a Nest Pro to have it installed with a Nest Thermostat. Incorrect installation settings can damage your system, your Nest Thermostat or both. Some systems that need to be installed by a professional installer include systems that have a multi-speed fan.
