Yes. The wiring is:

Blue wire - Y1

Red - Rc or Rh

Green - G

W - W1

@LynnL, thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I want to check it further. Could you please take a photo of the wires connected to your HVAC control board? From there we can clearly check the compatibility of your system to the Nest Thermostats. You can also visit this support article to try the compatibility checker.
