Hi,

I have a Nest 3rd Gen where the heatlink has failed. No lights on the unit at all no amount of powering down and leaving has helped . Fuse tested and ok boiler ok. Installed 2021 not really good most thermostats last a lot longer than 2 years. Very disappointed.

1. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display?
2. Have you had any power cuts recently?
3. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
4. How many zones are present in the setup?
