Replacing thermostat due to fire damage

I had a fire on the floor where one of my nest thermostats were. They threw it away with the wall tear down. How do I get a replacement thermostat? Do I have to buy a new one just for that floor? I have 4 floors

Hi @Travy

I don't think that the thermostat would be covered in that case. You could always call support to double check. You can add one thermostat to your house so that shouldn't be a problem
